My name is Andrés Segura-Tinoco. I was born in Colombia and grew up in Venezuela. With over 14 years of experience, I've contributed to data analytics projects and developed robust, high-impact software solutions within global teams in the USA, Mexico, Spain, and Malaysia.
Currently, I am a 4th-year Computer Science PhD student in the IRG at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. My thesis is focused on the potential intersection between argument mining and recommender systems areas.
Also, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Oriente, Venezuela, and a Master’s degree in Information Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia.
